Pamony Site - Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: January 22, 2026

1. The basics

By accessing, creating an account, installing, or otherwise using Pamony (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Pamony does

Pamony is an AI-powered productivity assistant that helps users prepare for meetings and organise their digital workspace by connecting to Google (Drive, Calendar) and Microsoft (OneDrive, Outlook calendar) services, and other integrations we may support.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to create an account or subscribe. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Account registration & security

  • You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@pamony.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account activity except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Subscriptions, billing & payment

  • Plans & fees: Pamony offers subscription plans; the current retail price for the standard plan is $12/month (or $120/year if billed annually). Fees are displayed at sign-up and may change for new or renewing customers with prior notice.
  • Billing & payment: By subscribing you authorize Pamony and our third-party payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes or fees. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payment disputes should be directed to support@pamony.com.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel through Account settings before the renewal date.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your payments. If Pamony is required to collect taxes, they will be added to the price.
  • Failed payments & account suspension: If payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is received. We will attempt to notify you by email of any failed payments.

6. Trials, promotional offers & conversion

  • Trials: If we offer a free trial, the trial period and conversion terms are disclosed at sign-up. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will convert to paid and your payment method will be charged. We will send at least one reminder email prior to trial conversion where practical.
  • Promotions: Promotional discounts and offers are subject to terms disclosed at the time of the promotion.

7. Refunds & cancellations

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time in Account settings. Cancellation stops future recurring billing. Cancellation does not typically result in pro-rated refunds for the current billing period already paid.
  • Refunds: Refunds are granted at Pamony’s discretion except where required by law. To request a refund, contact support@pamony.com within 14 days of the charge and provide the relevant transaction details. We will review and respond in a reasonable timeframe. Specific retailers or app stores (if you subscribe through a store) may have different refund processes; in those cases the store’s refund policy applies.

8. Your data & privacy (summary)

Your use of Pamony is governed by the Privacy Policy (linked above), which provides full details about what data we collect, how we use it, your rights, retention periods, and deletion procedures. Key points:

  • Control & transparency: You control which third-party services you connect in Settings and can view & delete stored pointers, temporary chat history, and request deletion of embeddings in Settings → Data & Privacy.
  • No public model training / no sale of data: We do not sell your personal data nor use your files or conversations to train public models, except with your explicit consent.
  • Retention & deletion: Account deletion and data removal processes are described in the Privacy Policy; in general we delete pointers and session data on request and will request removal of embeddings from our vector provider; backups and cache windows may temporarily retain data (typical operational purge windows are documented in the Privacy Policy).

For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. User responsibilities & acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Not attempt to access another user’s account or data.
  • Not upload or process content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or contains malware.
  • Avoid uploading extremely sensitive personal data unless you accept responsibility for doing so.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or present a security risk.

10. User content & license

  • You retain ownership of your User Content.
  • By submitting User Content to the Service you grant Pamony a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display that content solely to provide, improve, and operate the Service (including generating embeddings and temporary session data for features you enable). This license does not allow us to sell or publish your content outside of service operations.
  • You warrant you have the rights necessary to provide any User Content you submit.

11. Embeddings, indexing & file pointers

When you enable indexing / RAG features:

  • We create irreversible numeric embeddings and may keep file pointers (IDs/links) so the Service can locate content when requested.
  • You can view and remove pointers and session history in Settings. We will take reasonable steps to remove embeddings from our vector provider upon request, but backups and caches may delay complete purge (we aim to complete such removals within 30 days where operationally feasible). See the Privacy Policy for full details.

12. Third-party services & integrations

  • Pamony integrates with third-party services (e.g., Pinecone, Supabase, payment processors, hosting/CDN). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
  • If an integration is disconnected, Pamony will stop accessing data from that provider; retention and deletion follow the timelines in the Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual property

  • Pamony IP: Pamony and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
  • Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant Pamony a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and exploit such feedback without obligation to you.

14. Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures (e.g., TLS for data in transit, encryption for sensitive tokens,PKCE , Fernet encryption , role-based access controls, vendor contractual protections). However, no service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for the sensitivity of the data you choose to store or index.

15. Disclaimers & warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” PAMONY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAMONY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Monetary cap: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, PAMONY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO PAMONY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pamony and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, cost, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of applicable law; or (d) your use of the Service not in accordance with these Terms.

18. Suspension & termination

  • By Pamony: We may suspend or terminate access or delete content for breaches of these Terms, suspected fraud, illegal activities, or other reasonable cause.
  • By you: You may cancel your subscription via Account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise specified.
  • Effect of termination: After termination we may delete or anonymize your User Content according to the Privacy Policy and retention schedules. Certain rights and obligations (e.g., IP ownership, limitations of liability, indemnification) survive termination.

19. Governing law, arbitration & dispute resolution

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration; class-action waiver: Except where prohibited by applicable law, you and Pamony agree that disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by final, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed arbitration provider, under the provider’s rules. You and Pamony each waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. The arbitration will take place in San Francisco, California (or a mutually agreed location); each party bears its own costs except as the arbitrator may award.

20. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please contact support@pamony.com with a DMCA notice including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement of good faith belief; and (e) a statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury. 22. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and/or in-app notice and publish the updated Terms with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

23. Severability & waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains in effect. A waiver of any term or condition must be in writing to be effective.

24. Entire agreement; third-party rights

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pamony regarding the Service. No third-party beneficiaries are intended.

25. Distribution & store-specific terms

  • If Pamony is distributed via app stores (e.g., Google Play, Microsoft Store), the app and its distribution are subject to those store’s terms. You acknowledge that store-specific cancellation and refund policies may apply if you subscribe through a store. We will publish and keep current a Privacy Policy URL for store submission.
  • For Windows/Microsoft Store distribution, Pamony’s binaries are digitally signed with a code-signing certificate from a CA in Microsoft’s Trusted Root Program; the app manifest declares necessary permissions and respects OS privacy settings. For Google Play distribution, Pamony will complete the Data Safety form and provide required in-app disclosures for any unexpected or background data collection.
